Expert control laws are government regulations that control the situations under which certain information technology and commodities can be transmitted overseas to anyone including citizens of that very country or even to a foreigner on that country’s soil.
The laws prohibit unlicensed export of some specific materials or information for the reasons of national security or to protect trade. Most of the goods don’t require export license. Exports are controlled for various reasons
